GMP is the unofficial premium at which an IPO's shares are quoted in the informal grey market before they list. For example, a GMP of ₹50 on an issue price of ₹200 points to an indicative listing price of about ₹250. The grey market is not regulated by SEBI or the stock exchanges, GMP changes from day to day, and it is never a guarantee of the actual listing price.
How is the estimated listing gain on IPOBee calculated?
Estimated return = GMP ÷ upper end of the price band × 100. For example, a GMP of ₹30 on an upper price of ₹150 gives an estimated listing gain of 20%. It only reflects current grey market sentiment — the real listing price can be higher or lower.
What do QIB, NII and RII subscription figures mean?
They show how many times each investor category's portion of the IPO has been bid for: QIB (qualified institutional buyers), NII (non-institutional investors, also called HNIs) and RII (retail individual investors). A figure of 10x means bids were received for ten times the shares reserved for that category.
How often is the data on IPOBee updated?
GMP and subscription figures are refreshed regularly while an IPO is open, and the date of the latest update is always shown above the IPO list. Price band, lot size and dates come from the company's offer documents and exchange announcements. Once an IPO closes, its final GMP and subscription figures are kept exactly as they stood at the close.

No. IPOBee is an information website that puts publicly available IPO data in one place. It is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst and does not make buy, sell or subscribe recommendations. Please consult a SEBI-registered adviser before making any investment decision.
